South Africa

Hi, we are back. The safari was good we saw almost all of the big 5. We have passed your name to a friend of ours in HK, she is interested in a safari in South Africa.

At the recommendation of Asia to Africa Safaris (“A to A Safaris”), we went to Savuti Camp and Tubu Tree Camp.  It was our first safari trip and it exceeded our expectation.  We had such a good time and would definitely be back for more.

The food at Honeyguide was excellent, especially a risotto dish that they had. The game viewing was satisfactory but not great as their vehicles could not go off road and we were generally quite far away from the animals.

The game viewing at Djuma Vuyatela was excellent as the guides were able to drive thru and over the bushes up to the animals.  We were literally several feet away from lions, cheetahs and saw almost everything there.  The accommodation was also excellent although we would prefer it if they had indoor showers.

Just a quick note to say a big THANK YOU for all the help you gave us organizing our trip to Southern Africa. We had a brilliant time and we are still raving about our trip to anyone that will listen even though we have been back for two weeks!  

We had a fantastic 3 weeks in South Africa, and we treasure lots of wonderful memories.
 
While we really enjoyed all of it (and were lucky to have great weather during all 3 weeks), the Kruger Park and in particular "Elephant Plains" private lodge was the absolute highlight of our trip.  Great accommodation, nice weather/food, excellent service, and first and foremost, the excitement of 18 hours of high quality game drives during which we were privileged to be able to see the "big 5" and lots of other game/animals.
 

Had a great time and as soon as I'm back from NY, let's get together.  Camp Kwara treated us nicely and even showed us their tent and gave us a brochure and invited us to join them for lunch. We appreciated the break in Xigera as we were able to relax between the game drives at Savuti and Chitabe. Good advice from you.

We had a fabulous holiday in Botswana, Victoria Falls and Cape Town and we enjoyed very much.  We managed to see lots of animals and took a bunch of photos.  All the arrangements went well and thank you again for all your help.

We had a great trip and we are making a DVD of our adventure.  We will send you a copy!

Africa was grrrrrreaaaat!!!  I loved it and so does my husband.  We had an excellent time and thanks so much for arranging it!!   We definitely want to go back, as soon as we have saved up enough money.  You should give special discount to people who have gone to Africa for their honeymoon and then return to Africa for their anniversary!  That will be a good incentive for us!!!

The trip surpassed our expectations in every way with each day being a story for us to remember and tell.  The photos came out great and we would love to show them to you!  We are still in the process of working through the 1,500 shots and deciding what to print!  Thank you for all your help in making this such a wonderful trip for us!

It was fantastic! Totally loving our trip!  We are in wine country now but have had good days every day we have been here :). This place is beautiful, stunning!

Chantelle is an awesome guide. I owe her some pictures and a postcard. I just want to say thank you. She is so passionate about her job.  She is a great girl and a great guide. Did she tell you that we saw a whole pack of wild dog while we were at Kings Pool.
