South Africa

We owe you a huge thank you for putting together an INCREDIBLE trip for us!!!  In all honesty, we were a little disappointed that a few activities had to be scrapped, but completely understand the changes were due to circumstances beyond your control. I know you worked hard and worked after hours to get our schedule rearranged and we sincerely appreciate it.  All in all, it was an outstanding experience and we had the most amazing time!!!!

Our trip to Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa was not only very organized, but definitely catered to our interests. The staff at the camps were knowledge, well-trained, and made our stay very comfortable. The camp guides were excellent. They had fun and interesting stories to tell and provided endless information and answered our questions not only about the safari and nature, but also the historical background and current state of affairs for each country.

Asia to Africa planned and organized one of my family’s most memorable trips - the Tanzanian bush country to the beauty of Cape Town.  It was our first time to travel to this part of the world so we were completely clueless on where to begin. Ailin Mao of A2A made planning completely seamless and carefree for all of us. From the planning stage to the last day of out trip, Ailin made sure that everything went smoothly. She was very patient with my many questions and changes in the planning stage. I think we went through 3 itineraries before we finally decided on Tanzania and Cape Town.

We did have a lot of fun in South Africa. Everything was well planned, food was great, accommodation was superb. Marataba was amazing, we did see 3 out of the 5 big five. The guides were good and friendly. We shall see you again for our next safari trip, Kenya / Zambia maybe =)

When we told friends and family that we were going to Africa, we were asked if it's safe...  Just like in any city or country, there are safe and less safe places to go... We signed up with @a2asafaris which helped us plan our South Africa trip over lunch and they sent us a kit on all the info that we needed. 

From the moment Lieze answered my initial email I felt we made the right decision. She was very eager to help us plan the perfect trip and she did just that. After countless emails and always taking into consideration our input, she put together a trip that we will always remember fondly. Everything went without a single hiccup. Every flight, every transfer, every guide or driver, they were all perfect. We are very happy we picked A2A to help us plan our dream trip.

This was my first safari trip, actually it was my first trip to Africa, so there was no comparable experience before, but I must say this trip really opened my eyes and mind about the people in Africa and the effort they put down in preserving the animals and environments, all animals we saw were very beautiful and healthy as they are living in a natural and wide open space, no wonder so many people have endeavored in protecting the wild life in their own way.

I saw the big 5 in their natural habitat doing their normal activities. I was able to appreciate and enjoy nature- the clean air, clear blue skies, the bright stars and the beautiful sunrise and sunsets of Africa.

I like that I enjoyed myself (surprise!) on safari very much. I liked that I lived what I had just read about before-going on safari. I liked that I was awed by the animals that I saw.

Hi Ailin!  We're back home and brought a lot of wonderful memories. We're still on an African high. Thank you for everything and for making it happen.  My two kids didn't want to leave and told me that this was their best travel experience ever.

We will surely recommend A2A to our friends who have been asking about it already.
