Ailin has been nothing short of exceptional. I must say we've not been easy clients. We are well travelled and have typically always planned our own travels. This is the first time we are using a travel planner and Ailin is big part of the reason why we decided to travel with A2A. She's been v patient with our numerous requests and gave good advice.
