Debbie and Peter Yabut

This has been the best trip of my life.  Amazing and unforgettable.  In fact I’m going through withdrawals as I am writing this.

Asia to Africa Safaris did a great job.  We were well prepared.  There was not a glitch in the whole trip.   The camps were beautiful, the people were very nice and accommodating and the food was very good.  We were fed six times a day and always served with a smile.

I loved the fact that at night I could hear the animals in such close proximity to our tent.  We heard roaring of lions, the grunting of hippos and much more.  I thought it was exciting and often wondered how close they actually were.  On our first night we had what we thought was a water buffalo bump the post of our tent (we were warned that this may happen).  What an experience!  Not like anything else.

The game drives were a lot of fun.  I looked forward to getting on the land rovers each time and wondering what was in store for us this time.

This safari has made me more aware and more in touch with nature.  It has also made me more sensitive to the urgent need to preserve what we have left of our wild life.  I have a new kind of respect for these animals and understand them so much more.

Planning your next trip?  Make it a safari.  I promise you, you won’t regret it.  You will probably agree with me.
