On our last evening, we walked outside for dinner to find that the staff had set up a private table for us next to a huge bonfire. We tried to make the dinner last as long as possible that evening because we knew that our unbelievable safari experience would soon be over. As we sat watching the crackling flames fade into embers, I looked over at my fiancé and we read each other’s minds, “We will do this again.”
