There are African safaris and then - there’s Botswana! It truly is the wild wild west of safaris. You see animals at their rawest and most natural behaviour.
Every day is unpredictable. You feel the adrenaline rush in every drive. The terrain of the Okavango adds to the adventure as well as crossing in 6 feet deep waters!
The lodge felt like home! Situated infront of one of the rivers of the delta, we were spoiled with elephants and hippos right by our terrace! That was wow!
I also appreciated the seemless service of A2A - from the arrival, to taking a smaller plane, to another helicopter ride to the lodge! Navigating this wouldn't have been easy!
Botswana once and hopefully, another and another!
