Would love to give Bots or Kenya a go. Let's see what next year has in store for us. No doubt, still very happy with SA and yes, it was the heat that we prevented which at the end of the day, might have been the right call.
We loved Klein Genot and Franschoek. It was so pretty there. What a way to spend two days - eat, sleep and drink! Dined in Reuben's and Le Quartiers Francais. Both excellent! Le Bon Vivant as well... Did meet Angie and very much appreciated their initiative to have booked good tables for us ahead of time. I tried to book Reuben's from Kensington, but they didn't even bother putting me on the waitlist as the line was too long already. It was a pleasant surprise to have arrived in Klein and be told we had a table there.
