A Happy & Healthy New Year to you! All in all a very good time had by the family. Certainly was an experience of a lifetime and one that I would surely consider doing again.
The service was excellent and the people were great, Very friendly, very helpful and very resourceful. I believe in the service industry it’s all about the people so would simply say, continue to focus on excellence in this area. Seems you’ve done an amazing job so far.
The quality of people we encountered was excellent from camp staff to our personal guides. All in all with regards to the experience we pretty much saw what we came to see, animals living in their natural habitat. In addition we got to experience some things we did not expect to encounter (eg: elephant chase, wild dog chase) and amazing food, especially the X’mas Eve dinner prepared by the staff of Little Vumbura.
The friendly nature and warmth of all the staff we encountered, the extraordinary camp accommodations & the experience of viewing animals in their natural habitat was well beyond our expectations. Truly it was an experience of a lifetime. We will be back!
