The GOOD news is that my wife and I are back from the adventure, safe and sound, mentally and spiritually richer (pockets are a bit lighter but that's par for the course). The BETTER news is that your team, especially Chelsea, was instrumental in getting us on that truly magical adventure, and we never felt that we were in anything but the best hands, with Chelsea and everyone who was a part of our journey those couple of weeks. The BEST news is that we have strongly recommended our experience and your agency to anyone who cared to listen, once we got back to Singapore (and there was probably way too many people who indulged us in our sharing and regaling of stories)!
The bad news is... well there isn't one! Every single moment that we had, positive or negative at that point in time (and it's really hard pressed for us to think of any negatives now), all contributed to the memories that my wife and I had created, and they are beautiful memories!
Anyway, Chelsea did meet with us over the weekend and we have given her our download, our recommendations and some tips we found helpful for ourselves along the way. She even asked to look at our pictures, and we probably got too carried away sharing those pictures and stories with her, while her weekend wasted away! Chelsea has been a significant differentiator for us in this trip. I will be remiss in my responsibility as a customer if I did not share this feedback. My wife and I are blessed to have Chelsea being a part of our milestone anniversary this year. I can only hope that we have not been one of those customers that form horror customers case studies! If we are, indulge us one last time, and keep us in the dark!
All in all, thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary. It's been epic!
